This is how this product was born, a superior quality extra virgin olive oil, made exclusively with olives from organic farming and capable of providing and inviting, soft flavor and balanced in fragrances thanks to the selection of the best and different blends.
The low acidity, the high antioxidant content and the use of a certified raw material make it a condiment suitable for any type of diet, even for children.

Production area: European Community countries.
Harvest season: from October to February.
Olive varieties: mainly Picual and/or Arbequina and/or Koroneiki and/or Ogliarola and/or Coratina.
Cultivation techniques: from Organic Farming according to EU Reg. 2018/248.
Milling: mechanical crusher.
Extraction: cold (T<27°C).

Use: Raw / sauces / cooking / low carb / vegan / vegetarian / ketogenic / children.
