Production area: Puglia, Calabria and Sicily.
Harvest season: from October to December.
Varieties of olives: mainly Coratina, Ogliarola, Biancolilla, Cerasuola and Carolea.
Cultivation techniques: from Organic Farming according to EU Reg. 2018/248.
Milling: mechanical crusher.
Estrazione: cold (T<27°C).

Use: Raw / sauces / cooking / low carb / vegan / vegetarian / ketogenic / children.
