Every year the Cavanna Olii expert tasting group chooses and carefully selects samples from the most famous European production areas (Italy, Spain, Greece and Portugal): this is how an extra virgin olive oil is born, an expression of the best EU selections.
The intense and soft flavour is balanced in its fragrances thanks to the selection of the best and different blends. Green in colour with golden reflections, a low level of acidity and excellent resistance to oxidation, this oil fits perfectly into the industrial and home catering segment.
Production area: European Community countries.
Harvest season: from October to February.
Olive varieties: mainly Picual and/or Arbequina and/or Koroneiki and/or Ogliarola and/or Coratina. .
Milling: mechanical crusher.
Extraction: cold (T<27°C).
Use: Raw / sauces / cooking / low carb / vegan / vegetarian / ketogenic / children.
