Intense and balanced flavor, bright color, balanced taste, the result of a blend of oils selected from quality productions around the world (Mediterranean basin, Argentina, Chile, Australia, according to availability in the various periods of the year).

Production area: Mainly non-EU Mediterranean and EU countries.
Harvest season: from October to February.
Olive varieties: mainly Chemlali, Picual a/o Arbequina a/o Koroneiki a/o Coratina.
Milling: mechanical crusher.
Extraction: cold (T<27°C).

Use: Raw / sauces / cooking / low carb / vegan / vegetarian / ketogenic / children.
