Hojiblanca monocultivar Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The Hojiblanca variety is the third most cultivated in Spain, it is mainly widespread in Andalusia.
It owes its name to the color of its long, lanceolate leaves of light green tones. It is harvested quite late. This variety is characterized by a high content of oleic acid and a particular flavor slightly sweet and spicy, which can remind of freshly cut grass, artichoke and bitter almond.
