Athinolia monocultivar Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The Athinolia cultivar covers 15-20% of the olive-growing area of Greece, mainly spread in the Peloponnese, this variety adapts well to high altitudes, up to 1000 m. above sea level and has a notable capacity to adapt even to dry climates.
The harvest of this olive is very early and its yield is quite high. Renowned for its aromatic and fruity scent with some spicy notes, it is used both for extra virgin olive oil and for the table.
