Arbequina monocultivar Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Originating from Catalonia, appreciated for its high productivity, Arbequina is now grown in various parts of the world and has found great diffusion in Portugal.
Its small size makes it difficult to harvest with shakers, which is why today it is preferred to plant the trees in rows and harvest the olives with special harvesting machines. It is an aromatic evoo, rather sweet, with light notes of bitterness and spiciness.
