Taggiasca monocultivar Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The Taggiasca olive is a typical cultivar especially in Western Liguria and in particular in the entire Province of Imperia.
The plant can also reach large dimensions, with well-opened branches and a pendulous habit. This evoo is very valuable, yellow in color, with a ripe fruity aroma and a decidedly sweet flavor with a hint of spicy and hints of almond and pine nut. It is one of the best table olives, small in size and very tasty.
