Grapeseed oil
Grapeseed oil, rich in vitamin E, can be an alternative to any other seed oil. With a delicate flavor and completely free of aftertaste, it is ideal for making sauces (mayonnaise, hummus) and raw condiments but also for cooking at high temperatures or for frying. Source of linoleic acid and vitamin E. Linoleic acid helps maintain normal levels of cholesterol in the blood.
