Each year, Cavanna Olii’s expert tasters carefully choose which materials to use from the samples coming from the most renowned areas in European production (Italy, Spain, Greece and Portugal): this is how this product is created, an extra virgin olive oil that combines the best selections.
It has a soft, intense flavour, with a well-balance fragrance thanks to the selection of the different, best blends. It has a yellow-green colour, a low acidity level and therefore a high level of resistance to oxidation. It is excellent for use in industrial or home catering.
